Marketing Manager

Main Purpose of the role

Management and budgetary responsibility, working cross functionally with internal stake holders from sales, buying and finance. Dealing with all the company’s branding, web and digital agencies as well as day to day management of graphic designers, merchandiser and digital co-ordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Design and Marketing Team to meet business objectives
  • Review SEO, PPC performance on a monthly basis
  • Review website strategy and performance
  • Set up and manage social media strategy
  • Liaise with brand agencies on brand positioning campaigns to drive sales
  • Develop web market segmentation strategy and e-flyer campaigns.
  • Review and develop product seasonal promotional calendars.
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Exhibitions strategy

Role related knowledge, skills, behaviours, qualifications and experience required

  • Degree educated with a business and marketing related degree
  • CIM Qualifications
  • Have knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good working Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and PPC
  • Awareness of marketplace management tools such as Channel Advisor would be an advantage
  • Website experience (Currently WordPress/Woo Commerce)
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role

Warehouse Assistant

Main Purpose of the role

To provide administrative and warehouse support to Warehouse Supervisor dealing with the shipment of orders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time
  • Scheduling deliveries as well as the loading of vehicles
  • To ensure stock movements are correctly recorded and the stock controller is notified
  • Assisting in production to ensure order picking is completed correctly and within given timeframes when production is behind on producing orders
  • To complete pre operational checks for any equipment used (where applicable)
  • Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with shipping labels and order acknowledgements
  • Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with returns and spare parts for customers
  • Reporting any faulty or damaged goods to Warehouse Supervisor
  • Providing holiday cover for Warehouse Supervisor
  • To ensure the BuyDirect4U warehouse is maintained to a satisfactory level to ensure a hygienic and secure working environment, including but not exclusive to general cleaning, maintaining equipment and reporting damages to Warehouse Supervisor
  • To ensure that all necessary tools are charged overnight.
  • To ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.

Role related knowledge, skills, behaviours, qualifications and experience required

  • Candidate must have a good level of English.
  • Must be IT literate including good excel skills.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment preferable.
