Delivery Information

We offer FREE standard delivery (3-5 working days), exclusions apply. All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing an order. To guarantee Next Day delivery (at an additional cost) please ensure your order is placed before 1pm. Please note that ALL orders placed on a Friday on a Next Day delivery service will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Standard Delivery

Surcharges listed below apply to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and postcodes: DD, PA, PH, AB, KY, IV, KA, KW, ZE

All delivery charges will be made aware at the time of booking.


All services are tracked

•  Extra small items  – Sent with Hermes (larger items will require a signature)

•  Small items  – Up to 72hr service with Yodel (larger items will require a signature)

•  Medium items  – Sent on a 24 hour service with Yodel.  A signature will be required.

•  Medium/Large items  – Sent on a 48 hour service with Night Freight.  A signature will be required.

•  Large items – Sent with our courier Translink who will contact you within 3 working days of placing your order to arrange a delivery date in advance, so it is essential that you provide an up to date telephone number.  This will be a kerbside one-person delivery service only so the driver may require some assistance and the courier will be unable to deliver the item to the inside of the property. The customer must be present as a signature will be required to confirm the item is received in good order. The item will be securely packaged on a pallet and shrink-wrapped. The pallet will be left at the property and it is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of this. Please Note: Any prior arranged deliveries that fail due to these reasons not being met may incur a cancellation or redelivery charge.


Collection is now available from our warehouse site from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.  Please ensure you contact us by e-mail to arrange a suitable date and time to collect your item(s) as we require 24 hours notice (unless organised otherwise with one of our Charles Bentley customer service team).
